May Self-Care Challenge Day 2: Write goals for the month, break your goals down into daily actions When I read Steve Harvey’s book “Act like Success, Think like Success” He wrote about making a vision board and having 4 different sections on your visions board to help keep your vision board clean and clear. 4 sections: - Health - Career/ Finance - Spiritual - Relationships Ever since then I started breaking up my vision boards using the 4 sections. I then took it a little bit further and started breaking my monthly goals into the 4 sections. It really helped me to see which areas in my life I need to glow or grow.
