May Self-Care Challenge Day 2: Write goals for the month, break your goals down into daily actions When I read Steve Harvey’s book “Act like Success, Think like Success” He wrote about making a vision board and having 4 different sections on your visions board to help keep your vision board clean and clear.     4 sections:  - Health - Career/ Finance - Spiritual - Relationships Ever since then I started breaking up my vision boards using the 4 sections. I then took it a little bit further and started breaking my monthly goals into the 4 sections. It really helped me to see which areas in my life I need to glow or grow.  Break your goals down into daily actions Health- Goal: Lose 2-5 pounds Drink 100-120 water daily   Complete 30-60 min walk Mon-Fri Career/ Finance- Goal: Start snowball debt   Put $560 towards car EF: Teach 100-120 hours this month ($1440) Saving goal: save %20 of paycheck Spiritua...

May Self-Care Challenge Month   "Sometimes it's the journey that teaches you a lot about your destination". -Drake  "The greatest project you'll ever work on is you." —Unknown In April I started a self-care challenge, where I found all these self-care ideas and put them into daily actions. I wanted to invite some of my girlfriends on it, just to have accountability partners and to do something fun. I received so many positive comments on it that it prompt me into creating a May Self-Care Challenge. “Look at me being all pinterest like.”  Disclaimer: I took most of these ideas from different self-care pins on pinterest. I just took the ones that I liked and knew I would really do and put it all together.  So my beautiful people enjoy and I hope this gives you some type of purpose and enjoyment while we are still practicing social distancing.
